The team at Brian and Sons took care of us when we needed our furnace repaired. A cold Sunday morning we woke up to no heat and a very chilly 60 degree house. I checked everything I could and called them around 12 o’clock. Quick response on the phone and Paul showed up at our door within the hour. Multiple issues with the furnace, but he explained it should be covered under warranty but since it was the weekend we needed to wait till Monday, and the parts needed to be ordered. He advised us of things we could do to help keep the house temp as consistent as possible as we waited on parts. Later that week once the parts arrived we were contacted to schedule the installation the following day. Paul returned and since he had already been here advised my wife that was working at the time he knew exactly where to go and let her get back to work. A short time later he had everything installed and fired the furnace back up. Great customer service from a great company.
